Maylin Pino was a true professional and expert in her field. She was able to provide me with information on the best coverage for my specific needs. Look no further because this is without a doubt the best agency in the area.

The staff was extremely unprofessional. The agent first explained that I could call back after receiving the policy and still receive the discount for a 6-month prepaid policy. When I called back 10 days later, I was told, “We never told you this, you lose the discount if you don’t prepay on the first day.” I canceled my policy with this agency three weeks after I received it. And their game was to be evasive, unclear, rude, and bull-like while laughing in Spanish in the background. Despite numerous phone calls and texts, they did not notify the company of my cancellation, claiming that I had not informed them that I wanted to cancel my policy. I don’t recommend this company because dealing with them caused me stress and aggravation. Avoid this agency, especially if you have real problems with accidents or injuries.
